** BEFORE YOU GET STARTED **

1. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A DATA PLAN ACTIVE ON YOUR CELL PHONE ACCOUNT!!! IF YOU DON'T, THIS SERVICE WILL NOT WORK FOR YOUR PHONE.

2. ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE ENOUGH SPACE AVAILABLE ON YOUR PHONE TO DOWNLOAD CONTENT TO IT - THIS IS ANOTHER VERY COMMON PROBLEM. AVOID THE FRUSTRATION AND CHECK THESE THINGS FIRST!!!

3. MAKE SURE YOU'RE A CINGULAR AT&T, SPRINT OR T-MOBILE SUBSCRIBER


HOW TO DOWNLOAD CONTENT!

STEP 1: create a new text message on your phone


>> STEP 2: in the body of the text message type in the keywords associated with the content you want using the alphanumeric keypad. For example, if you want to download 310 Motoring's "BENZ" image:

Be sure to include the space!


>> STEP 3: send the message to the number 32852

This five-digit number is also known as a "Short Code" and it will work even though it's five numbers other than the traditional ten that you're used to when sending text messages to other people.


>> Step 4: you will receive a text message back that asks you to confirm your order. Simply choose "reply" from your menu options and put the letter Y in the text field. Send the message and you should receive your download link (WAP PUSH) message.

* reply to the message with the letter Y (lower case or capital both work) and send it


>> STEP 5: you will receive a message that contains your download link (WAP PUSH) which will automatically connect you to the wireless internet through your phone to retrieve your image. Depending on what kind of phone you have, when you get your WAP PUSH message you will either be able to do the following to retrieve your image:

> click the link directly and download your image
> select "more"...and then "go to"
> select "go to" from your menu soft key
> select "go to url or web address" from your menu soft key

NOKIA USERS!!!: you may need to select the left "options" soft key > select "use detail" > choose "web address" > choose "options" soft key again > select "go to" and your phone browser will automatically connect to retrieve your download

IMPORTANT!!! This message can be found in several different places on your phone, depending on what kind of phone you have. Some common places to find your WAP PUSH message:

> inbox
> wap push inbox
> service inbox
> funbox
> browser message inbox
> push inbox
> browser msg

You might want to look at your phone's user manual if you don't know the location of these inboxes.


>> STEP 6: once your content is finished downloading you will be able to save it and apply it as your wallpaper! Upon download completion you will receive one final text message telling you your account has been billed the price of the content. This billing will appear directly on your cell phone bill.

I can't download content with my T-Mobile SideKick!
Unfortunately the handset does not support wallpapers or ringtones that are purchased outside of the SideKick environment. Stay tuned!

What wireless carriers are currently supported by your programs?
We currently support Cingular AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile subscribers in the US.

I got a text message that said "reply with Y" to this message. What do I do next?
Hit reply and type the letter Y in the message - send the message. That's it!

What is a WAP PUSH?
A WAP PUSH is an enhanced text message that contains a link to the content you're trying to download.

I'm pretty sure my download link has arrived, but I can't find it on my cell phone. Where is it?
The download link is in the body of a message that we sent to your cell phone. Depending on the make of your phone, this message will go to your regular text or WAP Push inbox, also known as a "Service Inbox", "Funbox", "Browser Message Inbox", or simply "Push Inbox".

** There is a KNOWN ISSUE with the Motorola V3 Razr and receiving wap push messages. If you have a Razr and are not getting your wap push message to download your content, try turning the phone OFF and then back on and starting over. Also try deleting all old text messages and sent messages. These two solutions should fix the problem.

I'm not getting my WAP PUSH - what can I do about it?
The first thing you should try if you're sure you're not getting the WAP PUSH message is turn your phone off and turn it back on. Once you've done this, try purchasing an image from the beginning.

I'm not getting my WAP PUSH - why not?
The most common reasons are:
1. WAP PUSH isn't enabled on your mobile. Some phones require you to turn on these settings - typically the push settings need to be "on", "allow all", "always", or "receive all". Here are some common handsets and locations to find these settings:

Nokia:
- Services > Settings > Service Inbox settings
- Messaging > Settings > Service Msg.

Motorola:
- Messages > Browser Msgs > Menu Button > Browser Msg Setup
- Messages > Browser Messages > Browser Msg Setup

LG:
- Internet > Push Messages > Receive

Samsung:
- Fun Box > WWW Services > Push Messages > Setting
- Fun Box > Wap Browser

Sony-Ericsson:
- Messaging > WAP Push > Allow Push
- Wap Services > Push Messages
- Messaging > Wap Push

2. The WAP PUSH did come through you just aren't sure where to look. Common locations for it include WAP Push Inbox, Service Inbox, Funbox, Browser Msgs, Browser Message Inbox, or Push Inbox.

3. Your phone needs to be restarted. Turn the phone off, back on, then try starting the purchase process from the beginning.

What phones are supported?
We currently support over 400 different handsets across North America, including all the most common phones. This includes most Nokia, Motorola, LG, Samsung, and Sony-Ericsson devices.

What do I do with the download link I received?
1. Open the message we sent you.
2. Scroll down to the download link.
3. Click on the link and you will be immediately connected to wireless web
4. The download will start automatically.
5. When the download is finished, just save it.
6. Have fun with the content and show it off to your friends!

IMPORTANT!!! Never click "interrupt" during the download! Wait until the download is finished.

Why can't I download when I click on the link?
WAP Browsing might not be set up correctly on your cell phone. Please click on the respective links below for more information on WAP settings:
